Default Was McGeouch booked in the first half?

He should have walked for his tackle on Herrera in the second half if he was booked in the Jack incident!

I couldn't believe our players didn't make more of that incident. We should have had 5 or 6 players round the referee demanding action.

    Far too nice at times.

IMO he could have been sent off 3 times over

He wouldn't have got sent off anyway. The referee had totally lost control after Jack was sent off and pretty much booked our players for every foul. That has to be the worst refereeing performance I've witnessed at Ibrox.

Astounding him and Stokes weren't sent off.

What ? Was he booked twice??

He was definitely booked in the second half but was he booked during the jack red card too?

    Booked in the Jack incident.

Followed it up with another 5 fouls culminating in wiping out Pena and the ref booking McGregor for it because he knew he'd need to send McGeough off.

I think you're on about the challenge on Pena just outside the box? McGregor got booked for that, not McGeouch (conveniently).

thats the way i seen it too .... but when u look at the other way why wasnt mcgregor ordered off for it ?

want to see the rerun on rtv before coming on too strong on these incidents but like PC said that was simply 'weird' occurences today , at best, nut realistically what it really was is a bent referee

I liked when he booked Cardosa and gestured it was for persistent fouling. I can't even think of another foul he gave away.

Maybe he had short time memory lose with McGeogh. After he fouled Herrera about 2 minutes later the red gestured to him to keep the head! Unbelievable!!

I would swear Herrera pinched the ball from him second half and got fouled when we would have been in in the right hand side - Mcgeough then got booked I thought?

It was an absolute blatant booking and if he didn't get booked it's another "honest mistake".

Should have been booked early on.
Instead he got a "stern talking to" and a wee pat on the bum!
The referee didn't afford the same leniency to Cardoso for one.

He never ever got booked, he would have had to walk.

Stokes committed 3 acts of straight red today and he got a yellow. That other we phucker McGeough should have walked at least twice in the second half. But the job was done, the ref had done his job.

I mean, phuck me, Plivka or whatever he's called, fouls Dorrans, no card. In the melee he has his hands on Dorrans throat, a red. No card. Anyone, even the most bitter rat must be laughing their arse off at what we endured.

worst refereeing display i've saw , i would never have believed conspiracy theorists before but the way Scottish refs go easy on other teams against us whilst we get punished for the slightest thing is becoming more apparent nowadays

If Stokes had done that wrestling move to tav on the street he would be spending the night in the cells. How that assault wasn't a red card I'll never know!!

Is there footage of this anywhere? Not seen a link to it.

I was at the game but up the other end so didn't see it properly.

    This is what gets me

Call me old fashioned but if you play a game of football and it's clear the ref is cheating as your opponents are getting away with murder then there is only one solution

You come head to head with your opponent and break his ****ing leg.

You are red carded snd suspended for one game but your opponent is off too on a stretcher and out for the rest of the season
